Constructed using natural building techniques in mud and bamboo, our space is designed to feel close to the earth.​ We offer workshops and residencies in pottery, sculpture and natural building, as well as art and design consultancy for natural building projects.

A day at Mati
For those wanting to explore the full experience, a popular choice is to book both workshops of the day. We will then be able to dedicate one session to focus on hand-building and the other to the potter's wheel. In this modality you will have access to the studio in the break between the two sessions to continue your exploration.
